*feel a lack of control or as though you are not present during a binge
*feel as though you can not stop a binge even if you want to
you may have binge eating disorder.These behaviors are not normal and they aren’t your fault. It’s important to get help. Apart from this, soda has many harmful ingredients such as high fructose corn syrup and aspartame. Coke is used to clean engines and strip paint off of metal furniture, do you really want that stuff in your body? No.
